We aim to ensure that there are no barriers to accessing our work on and off stage.

Our aim at MAST Mayflower Studios is to provide accessible and high-quality entertainment that can be enjoyed by the largest audience possible and we are continually striving to achieve this goal.

If you have a special seating or access requirement please speak to a member of the Box Office team, who will endeavour to provide you with a seat suitable to your needs. We welcome comments and suggestions for further improvement. Please email us using access@mayflower.org.uk

We also offer an exceptional Access Membership Scheme for visitors who wish to register their access needs.

Our Inclusivity and Relevance working group meets bi-monthly to review, evaluate and develop the actions we are taking.

Our Access Forum comprised of staff, volunteers, access members, local disability led organisations, participants and audience members gives feedback and discusses challenges. Please contact x if you would like to be part of this conversation.

We work closely with organisations with expertise and lived experience to support us to be accessible and welcoming to all.

Hidden Disabilities

MAST is registered as an organisation recognising The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Lanyard. These lanyards act as a discreet sign to staff that the wearer (or somebody who is with them) has a hidden disability and requires additional assistance.
