Access Membership Scheme

Our Access Membership Scheme helps us offer a better service to anyone with specific access needs. 

  • Register for services or facilities you might need to use
  • Get notifications of upcoming Accessible Performances or events including Workshops, Audio Described Performances, Signed Performances, Captioned Performances, Touch Tours and Relaxed Performances
  • Access our companion ticket rate
  • Once you are a member we will contact you every three years to check your information is up to date or get in touch any time to let us know of any changes

How to join

To join the Access Membership Scheme, please complete an application form either online, by post or at our Box Office. The Access Membership must be submitted in your own name alongside proof of eligibility. If any personal assistant(s) would like to make bookings on the behalf of the member, this needs to be stated under the, ‘Would you like someone to book on your behalf?’ section of the application form. This would give the personal assistant access to the membership and enable them to make bookings (and amendments to existing bookings) under this membership. Each application will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
