ACCESSIBLE SEATING & MOBILITY FACILITIES

The main entrance on Guildhall Square is accessed from street level with lifts and stairs to the spacious Bar/Café and Studio 1 Stalls seating on Level 1. Studio 1 Balcony seating, Studio 2, Studio 3 and Arts Hub Partners can be accessed on Level 2.

Toilets, Baby change and Accessible toilets can be accessed via the lifts and stairs on both Level 1 and 2. All areas of the Studios are fully accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility problems. The Studios are also equipped with Evac+Chair should it be required.

▼ Seat choice

If you wish to choose seats that are easy to get to, please read our Accessible Seating guide. If you have a special seating requirement (an aisle seat, a wider seat or additional legroom), please speak to a Box Office Sales Assistant who will endeavour to provide you with a seat suitable to your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: We do have a physical box office within MAST Mayflower Studios and a reception available to help with any queries as well as a ticket kiosk.

▼ Wheelchair users

We offer 2 wheelchair spaces;

  • Stalls - 2 spaces for wheelchairs.

We have an Accessible Lift which is located in the foyer. This is a level access entrance. This lift provides level access for wheelchair users to all studios and rehearsal spaces.

If you need somebody to be present to assist you, you can join our Access Membership Scheme and be entitled to a discounted essential companion's seat. 

If you use a wheelchair and wish to transfer to a seat, we regret we are not able to provide a member of staff to help you physically. However, we will arrange for your wheelchair to be taken away and stored.

Scooters and large size wheelchairs may require the allocation of two standard size wheelchair spaces. Please advise us of your needs at the time of booking.

If you use a wheelchair and want to collect your pre-paid tickets on the night, you can visit our kiosk located in the entrance foyer.

If you a wheelchair user or have a mobility impairment, a lift is available to take you from street level to all floors.

There are accessible toilets located on all floors.
