We are very excited to announce our first large scale Christmas Youth Project!

This Christmas we are offering a fantastic opportunity to perform at a professional venue, MAST Mayflower Studios, in our new Christmas Youth Project. What a great way to countdown to Christmas!

We are offering young people from Academic Years 7-13 the chance to work together throughout the autumn term with a professional creative team, taking a show from first read-through to final performances. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the performing arts whilst making new friends and creating a show together. To get involved as a performer you must first register and then come for an audition.

Peter Pan: An Awfully Big Musical Adventure! takes you on a journey to Neverland for a fun-filled family adventure that celebrates the joy of being young and never wanting to grow up.

Delight in this exciting version of Peter Pan adapted from JM Barrie's wonderful play with a cast of 55 young people. This production features a score with a mix of songs from the musicals and popular music. Join Peter, Wendy, Tinkerbell and the Lost Ones as they battle the pirates and the evil Captain Hook in the classic story of the boy who never grew up.

There is a fee to take part in the project but bursary places are available and auditions are free. We make our audition event fun and light-hearted giving everyone an opportunity to get involved.

The Christmas Youth Project will take place throughout the autumn term with performances 18-31 December at MAST Mayflower Studios. With 13 performances over the festive period this is a unique chance to perform on the MAST Studio 1 stage in its very first Christmas production.

Registration is now open and auditions will be held on 12 September with recall auditions being held on 19 September. You must register to be able to take part in auditions.

Registration closes at midnight on 29 August and information on what to prepare will be provided after 3 September.

Peter Pan is presented by arrangement with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity and Samuel French Limited.
